We ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Depending on your location, delivery after shipment will take 2-5 business days.

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100

Orders ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Holidays

ICETRAY Hand-Crafting Policy

Please allow 8-10 business days for your jewelry to be hand-crafted and another 1-2 business days for QC (Quality Control) testing. Once your jewelry has passed our QC (Quality Control) testing, we will ship directly to you via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Processing times vary by product, in which case, we may ship part of your order separately. You will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of this as well as your tracking details and expected delivery date.

We will only ship out an item once a transaction has processed successfully. On occasion, a transaction may take additional time to process. Once we confirm these funds have been deposited we will commence with shipping.

While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, we rely on third-party shipping companies for delivery services. As such, we cannot guarantee these times to be accurate.

Editing an order after purchase

We may be able to make adjustments to an order (Chain length, color, etc.) if you contact us immediately after it has been placed, as your order is sent to our factory within minutes. You may edit your shipping address by contacting us within 5 business days of placing your order.
